Valentines wine blending class, wine tour and pairings
Crush Beer & Wine Tours is hosting a special event at three incredible wineries on Seneca Lake! Come join us on February 10, 2018 for a special event that your loved one will remember for a lifetime. You will get hands-on, and learn about the individual varieties that go into Heron Hill’s popular Eclipse Red Bordeaux blend with winemaker, Barry Tortolon. This two-hour class also will include wine to sip on, light snacks such as mini roast beef sammies, double chocolate cake (heart shaped), artisan cheese and mini quiche.
