We offer 3-stop, 4-stop, and 4-stop plus Lunch wine, beer, and combo tours with pre-determined itineraries.

Pricing is per person + tax and includes round trip transportation, a driver, all planning & scheduling (reservations), tastings fees, and if lunch is selected, a lunch with glass of wine and gratuity for the server at lunch. No, our tours are non-refundable. If you cancel your tour 2 weeks before the date of your tour, you can get a credit for one year, with no rebooking fee. If you cancel within two weeks of your tour, there will be a rebooking fee starting at $50.

Yes, if your group is 6 or more people you can leave a deposit of half at the time of booking. Once you leave a deposit you must pay for a minimum of 6 people? If your group is under 5 people, you must pay in full at the time of booking.

No, once you make a deposit of half, the other people in the group can pay individually at our single rider’s book now page.

Our tours are public tours for groups of five or fewer. If your group is six or more then they are private.

Yes, there is a flat fee of $300 plus tax to make any public tour with any size group private.

We are not handicapped/wheelchair accessible. Our wine tours may require our guests to step in and out of a 14-passenger touring van.

You may preselect venues with Crush to confirm that those venues accept Livery Vehicles and group sizes. This can only be done if it is a private tour. Once we have a list we will confirm or deny each venue listed.

Probably. We offer pick-up at Hotels, Airbnb’s, and Rentals in addition to our centralized pickup locations. The pickup location may determine which tours you can do. Contact us for more information.

Yes, you are allowed to bring snacks and non-alcoholic beverages on the van.

No, you are not allowed to drink alcoholic beverages in the van.

No, we do not allow time to stop for lunch if you did not choose a tour with lunch. Sometimes, it may be possible (not guaranteed) to order food when you get to certain venues before your tasting and have it ready after the tastings, but if you do not finish the food before it’s time to leave the venue (as we are on a schedule), you may need to finish the food in the van.

No, we do not pick up in Ithaca for groups under six people. You must travel to Watkins Glen, NY for pickup and choose one of our Seneca Lake South wine tours.

Yes, most wineries are reservation only, as we make them for you, but some smaller groups can walk in to see if they have availability.
