New York Kitchen (formerly New York Wine & Culinary Center)

Enjoy stunning views of lake Canandaigua as you experience the innovative bistro-style luncheon featuring locally-sourced ingredients in their second story upstairs bistro. Wine will be featured with lunch.

Arbor Hill

Enjoy a “sweet beginning” at this quaint winery owned by the Brahm family. Explore the extensive portfolio of John Brahm’s wines sourced from grapes along prized vineyards near Lake Canandaigua.

Inspire Moore

Check out this chic winery for a tasting of Tim and Dianne Moore’s creative and intensely flavored wines made onsite in the micro facility in the heart of Naples.

Hazlitt “Red Cat” Winery

For the wine enthusiast in all of us, we offer an educational walk & structured tasting at one of the larger pioneering winemaking facilities on the Canandaigua Wine Trail. Learn more about the winemaking process while sipping traditional varieties and world class Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris.

The tasting room on the hill is the sister location of the famous Keuka winery. Enjoy an educational tasting in the renovated Century Barn overlooking the proprietors “Ingle” vineyard.

  • As the afternoon turns into evening your tour will end back at the Finger Lakes Casino and Race Track at 5:30 p.m.
  • The Sip and Savor tour includes a knowledgeable Crush Wine Country Host on the Canandaigua Wine Trail, transportation to wineries listed above, all winery tastings, a full production tour at an award winning winery, lunch with wine (additional beverages at lunch will be billed to your table) and an inside look “behind the scenes” of the wineries listed above.

Keuka: The literal indigenous meaning is “Lake with an elbow”. It is the most unusually shaped of all the Finger Lakes and one of the most shallow. Because of its shallow depths Keuka has one of the warmest water temperatures ideal for moderating the environment to grow premium grapes. Eventually, Keuka spills into Seneca by a tributary that runs through the village Dresden.

Thirty-five years ago, Don Smith retired from the construction industry and purchased the farm, where he was raised, from his parents Arthur and Agnes Smith. Now it is his pleasure to present his own Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Mirth for your enjoyment.

With the help of friends and family, they planted the first grapes, all hybrid varieties, in1973. An array of wine is produced – from dry to dessert – with a range of tastes designed to please connoisseurs and casual aficionados alike.

White Springs Winery

Founded in 2003 by owner Carl Fribolin, White Springs Winery includes 40 acres of vineyards that produced their first full crop this harvest. White Springs Winery offers a wide selection of wines, made from grapes grown in our vineyards and crafted to appeal to every palate. Our wines make a great accompaniment at your dinner table or for any occasion.
