The idea for Crush Beer & Wine Tours began several years after my wife and I visited the Niagara on the Lake region to take our first guided wine tour with Crush on Niagara Wine Tours. We were immediately smitten. We enjoyed the tour so much that we made it a point to return yearly. We found the guides to be warm and welcoming, knowledgeable of the area and of the local wineries, too. On our last Crush on Niagara Wine Tour, my wife, Mary turned to me and said, “We need a Crush tour in the Finger Lakes” and the idea for Crush on Canandaigua was born.
Andrew Brooks, the owner of Crush Tours, Inc., wine author, and Sommelier helped us bring the same culture and educational experiences of the wine making the process of Crush to the Finger Lakes region.
My wife and I are big fans of a variety of wine styles especially the Finger Lakes Rieslings & Ice-wines. We often visited the Finger Lakes area to enjoy the wonderful wines of the region. We found ourselves driving to the wineries or arranging a large group to go with us so that we could rent a driver and vehicle for the day. I am very excited to bring Crush’s Signature daily tours, our custom social and corporate programs to the Finger Lakes region.
Crush Beer & Wine Tours offer an all-inclusive price, guided tours, convenient pick-up and drop-off locations, and planned wine itineraries custom designed by Sommelier, Andrew Brooks.
As we soon started our wine tours our customers have asked us to start visiting local Micro-breweries. With the explosion of the Micro-breweries opening in the Finger Lakes and in The City of Rochester, we could not deny our customers the great taste of farm fresh ingredients grown locally in New York State. So we have added our Beer tours throughout the Finger Lakes Region as well as the City of Rochester. While adding Micro-breweries we decided to take our Tours one step further by adding Distilleries and Cideries to our list of custom designed itineraries.
Together Andrew and I are bringing an innovative way to experience the Finger Lakes wine region, by showcasing the production of wines and stimulating your taste buds as you sample the region’s fruit of the vine.
